Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of CHINESE WONDER HERBS, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the CHINESE WONDER HERBS service as an affiliate. By signing up for the CHINESE WONDER HERBS affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. * This affiliate program is intended for web sites who want to use a banner or text link on your site to refer visitors to our site. * Everytime a refered visitor from your site makes a purchase from our site, you will earn a commission equal to 25% of the sale amount (excluding tax and shipping & handling). Also, on your own recruited affiliates, you will earn a 25% override from their commission earnings. * Checks are sent out on the twentieth of each month. * The minumum check payment amount is $50. If your total commisions do not exceed $50, then your payment will be held and rolled over to the next month's disbursement. * Chinese Wonder Herbs must be able to track the source of traffic at all times, and be able to access the pages where our banners and/or links are displayed. If the affiliate refuses to cooperate, the affiliate's account will be terminated, and commissions forfeited. * This affiliate program is NOT intended for distributors who wish to buy products and then resell them. Affiliate commissions will not be paid for sales made to yourself . . . only to legitimate web referrals. * Unsolicited spam will not be tolerated. Should Chinese Wonder Herbs receive complaints of unsolicited e-mails sent by an affiliate, the affiliate's account will be terminated and payment of all commissions will be forfeited. The affiliate's information may be sent to the appropriate authorities. * Mass-mailings to opt-in lists are fine provided the affiliate: - Chinese Wonder Herbs at sales@ChineseHerb.com at least 24 hours prior to the e-mail blast - Provide a copy of the e-mail that will be sent - Provide an e-mail address where complaints and removal requests are to be forwarded to * Redirects and frame source links are allowed as long as the domain name and page is reported to Chinese Wonder Herbs. If the affiliate refuses to cooperate, the affiliate's account will be terminated, and commissions forfeited. * Affiliates employing fraudulent or illegal means of generating sales or traffic, or using deceptive advertising methods, will immediately loose their account. * Credit card fraud is closely monitored and will not be tolerated. Every case is reported to the credit card companies and to the appropriate authorities. In the event that any sort of mechanism to falsely generate orders is detected, we will prosecute the responsible webmaster to the full extent of the law, and, of course, the affiliate's account will be terminated and commissions forfeited. * Chinese Wonder Herbs is not responsible for loss due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware, or technical errors. * In the event that any conditions need to be changed, or new conditions added, Chinese Wonder Herbs will post a notice on the Webmasters page. Affiliates will have seven (7) days to become fully compliant with the new conditions. Affiliates not respecting the new conditions will have their accounts terminated, and commissions generated after the new conditions become applicable will be forfeited. * Chinese Wonder Herbs reserves the right to terminate this agreement or program at any time, for any reason. In any case, affiliates will be notified and will be paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the affiliate has cheated by violating these terms and conditions.
